Finished! Handed over to Ele at Interactive Scree 0.7 just before jumping on the shuttle to the airport.
Myrna Harris, a Canadian prairie textile artist, does beautiful work with felting and embroidery. She creates rich textured tapestries of landscapes with layers of embroidery creating plants, grasses, trees, fields, etc. I included several tufts of grass at the bottom of the patch as I wanted to include some of that wildness and organic growth that we experience with the web.
